Rice flour dough rolled one shell at a time against a ridged gavvalu board, fried, then turned through jaggery syrup until each one sets with a thin sweet shell.

Not made for sale yet. The recipe uses rice flour rather than maida, so the ingredient list stays the same four things the rest of the range is built from.
