Kajjikayalu, as most of Andhra calls them. A half moon of dough sealed around a poornam of coconut, jaggery and dry fruits, crimped along the edge and fried until it blisters.

Not made for sale yet. The shell is rice flour rather than the usual maida, which is the one place this recipe departs from how it is normally made.
